Using a combination of US MIL-SPEC, NSN, and modern upgraded survival aids, we were significantly able to reduce weight and bulk while also protecting the contents of the bag from aircraft fluid damage. The contents were thoroughly reviewed and independently tested by the160th US Army Special Operations SOAR(A).
The CSS is designed with modern upgraded survival aids. The kit is split into 3 modules enabling ALSE personnel ease of management, and long term cost reduction. The LIRSH Module has 2 year shelf life while the Medical and Survival Modules have no shelf life.
